It’s official: Westlife 25 – The Anniversary World Tour is touching down in Kuala Lumpur on 14 January 2027 (Thursday), at Unifi Arena. KL has been picked as the very first stop of the band’s whole Southeast Asia 2027 leg, ahead of shows in Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong across January — so yes, we get bragging rights on this one.

The tour marks a full quarter-century since Shane, Nicky, Kian and Mark first started out. In conjunction with the milestone, they have announced a new world tour, new music, and a brand-new album, 25 – The Ultimate Collection, bringing together 21 of the band’s most-loved songs including “You Raise Me Up,” “Uptown Girl” and “Flying Without Wings,” alongside brand-new material recorded by all four members.

Two of those new tracks are already out. “Your Love Amazes Me” dropped on 8 May, a soaring ballad built around the kind of heartfelt harmonies Westlife’s whole career has been built on. Before that came “Chariot,” a life-affirming anthem co-written by Ed Sheeran, Johnny McDaid and Will Reynolds, and produced by longtime hitmaker Steve Mac.

The band said this milestone still feels like only the beginning, and that they can’t wait to share this next chapter with fans on the road.

The Numbers Behind The Legacy

Over the past 25 years, Westlife have racked up 36 No. 1 albums worldwide, 14 UK No. 1 singles (only Elvis Presley and The Beatles have more), sold over 55 million records, and crossed 3 billion streams globally. Since reuniting in 2019, they’ve played over 200 shows across 30 countries, with the Wild Dreams Tour alone selling more than 1.2 million tickets — cementing their status as the UK & Ireland’s top-selling album group of the 21st century.
